Account and plan
There is no account to sign in to. Version 1 runs entirely in this browser: the checklist is computed in the tab, and the review is saved to this browser's local storage. That is the whole architecture, and it is why nothing here asks for an email address.
What you get today, for nothing
- Five fixed checklists, every clause visible before you run one.
- Unlimited reviews, limited only by what this browser will store.
- The split review screen, reviewer notes, and a printable report.
The firm plan being priced
A hosted version is being costed, not sold. Going through the checkout tells us the price is worth building against — it does not buy anything, and none of the features below exists yet. If it goes ahead, it would add:
- Reviews stored on the server, so a checklist opens on any device you sign in from.
- PDF export generated by the app instead of the browser print dialog.
- Shared checklists across a firm, with a record of who confirmed what.
- Reading PDFs directly, including scanned ones.

Placeholder link in this deployment. No Stripe payment link has been configured yet, so the button opens the committed placeholder test URL and Stripe will show a not-found page. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_CHECKOUT_URL to a real Stripe test link to make the flow complete; switching it to a live link later needs no code change.
